Refund and Returns Policy

At World Brands, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. This Refund and Returns Policy explains your rights and options for returning products and obtaining refunds.

1. Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If this period has expired since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if applicable).
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Certain types of products are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
  • Perfumes
  • Downloadable software products or digital goods.
  • Damage made by you to the products such as shoes, clothes, caps, Bags & Accessories
  • Gift cards.
  • Some health and personal care items (e.g., intimate apparel, opened cosmetics, etc.).
  • Sale or clearance items (only regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at brandportecommerce@gmail.com or in the provided whatsapp number to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for the return, and photos of the product (if applicable).
  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received. In such cases, World Brands will cover the shipping expenses.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • If rejected, we will provide an explanation, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at brandportecommerce@gmail.com.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at brandportecommerce@gmail.com for further assistance.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the original purchaser received the order, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

9. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
